Very impressive. Sounds like a journey to Cats territory may be in order around that time.

Im wondering what you need a showroom for? Will you be selling CS roasted / greens from there or will you be branching into equipment sales?

We have taken a lease on a 450m2 shed plus 10 car parks.

Thats bigger than a block of land I own.

      P.S. Congrats.

PS.How about a CS competition where one lucky snob from each state; gets to be there for the opening

Wow, thats a very generous offer Anger Management.  Thats going to cost you a bomb to ship CSrs in from every state.  Are you flying them all business class and providing accomodation too?

Yea...  Enough of a heads up so that CHEEP flights can be arranged...

1:  If two or more arriving we could share transport  costs

2:  Enough space, for a sleeping bag or two on the floor; So accommodation is covered...

I mean, we have to watch pennies so we can afford more shiny coffee things..

Opps Java "can I come too" phile might be an issue...

WOW!!!!! Andy my jaw dropped and is still on the ground. Absolutely amazing work! The fact you and your family have done all the work to adds a certain element to the snobbery factor! Those walls are made of beans and love!

What an amazing space to be creative in and roast!

Wish you all the best of luck and success in the new venture! Hopefully should cure any upgraditis for a few years

                  Roger

P.s love the fact that the coffee machine and grinder were the first things to be setup! ;D

How do you manage enlisting your kids for such a hard labour?!

I can hardly get mine to clear out his dinner plate....

                        Re: CoffeeSnobs - Go large!

                        Congratulations Andy and family!

Looks to be a great space and am sure in no time at all it will be filled to the rafters.

Thats a handsome roaster and I love the stainless flue parts.  There look to be some very interesting mods to the roaster too.

Im just a little concerned that the dimensions of the roaster room are big enough for the next upgrade!  ;D

                        Good on you mate!

Congrats on the new premises. I am sure there will be a lot of visitors. I however will not be in Victoria for a couple of years so I will have to wait patiently to visit the home of Snobdom. [smiley=thumbsup.gif] [smiley=thumbsup.gif] [smiley=vrolijk_26.gif]

Are you going to keep regular opening hours? Or just ad hoc?
