I hope everyone that got tickets to Beanology have a great couple of days and Im looking forward to seeing how the Cafe Biz floor came together... looked like a lot of trade stands getting ready and the comp area was looking slick too.

Here is the brew area.

The brand new Boema pour over brewers will be making the coffee for my session using the World Cup Tasting ratio of 60g per litre coffee.

Im really looking forward to everyone having a play/taste of some profile differences.

Exciting news.
We have what might be the youngest machine in the world at Beanology. Its certainly the youngest in the southern hemisphere.

Greg from Boema has given us a Boema single group and Gino Rossi grinder to use for the two days.

How much stuff can stuff into a Snob Van?

All of this is the answer, from the Tables at the left to the bag grinder on the right all this was in the van. 500kg odd at a guess.

The trip home will be much lighter!

The stands in Cafe Biz were bumping in today.

Mark from Coffee Roasters Australia was setting-up his stand and unpacking roasters and Greg Pullman was putting the polish on his display too.

Building 8 is the entrance to ATP.

Beanology is in the door, up the stairs to the right and follow the signs to room 6A. Ill see you at the front.

Yeah, I really like the U shaped layout, its expensive on space but will work far better than rows of seats.

The Snob Van road trip starts today...

Really looking forward to getting the room setup and ready for Sunday. Should be a blast.

I was really looking forward to going, but now cant... Sunday I have football. (I take photos for the club..) Monday I have Tafe - and Its important to go because its restaraunt class.

edit: But on the upside I get to practice my milk and drink a helluva lot of coffee at Tafe!! (cant be wasting the precious coffee now, can I? ) It aint all bad! ;D
