I see lucinda has already posted hers.

Mine is a little more basic (no thermocouples).

I might post it with hers and you can make up your mind whether to publish them both.
That might be good - to have slightly different perspectives.

I agree with TG, although very similar, the different perspectives helps peoples knowledge. I did a lot of reading of coffeesnobs, sweet marias and other sites over the last few months to glean the knowledge I have built up. If it helps others that is great.

Id love to see some stuff on beginning blending and cupping too. Mostly because I am now starting to feel more confident in my roasting and am ready to start playing around with it.

Some FAQ that Ive noticed on this site and a few others.
- When do I start timing the shot? When I hit the switch/lever etc, or when the first drops appear?
- Does it take the same time for a shot from a single basket as a double basket?

Hmmm,

Dont know really? There are a lot of sites already in existence that cover a lot of this sort of information in great detail, including graphics and images in some instances, so maybe a Reference Category could address this sort of thing with relevant links under sub-categories in a single thread? Any ideas?
