Andy, maybe after MICE is over and you have caught up with real life you could write a paragraph or two just to let us mere mortals know what the experience is like of taking a bike up to 340kmh on salt? Even for those of us who think a CT110 is brisk it would be a great read just the whoa to go of a pass, little alone the weeks behind it of work.

    Congrats Andy

I had the impression you would nail 300+ this time, but 340+ is streets ahead of that. Amazing effort. Have a safe trip back to base.

Big week. Best pass 212.867mph (340.5kmh) Red Hat and reset the Australian record twice. Had a ball and looking forward to going even faster next year. Just hit bitumen for the first time in 8 days, will take a couple of days to get home.

Speed Week 2018 - Lake Gairdner

There is still little news out of Lake Gairdner except that Valerie Thompson from the US has already done 328 mph on a streamliner bike.

The following guy has posted quite a few pics on his Facebook page but unfortunately cannot pick out our Andy.
