Looking good from my end Andy, yep experienced the lag you mention, no major drama.

We moved the site from HTTP to HTTPS last night and it went smooth(ish).

Spent many hours fixing some bugs and some still remain.

Mostly, you will see (Secure) in your browser URL bar, sometimes you will see the info saying that some images are not secure. We are fixing those as we find them and hope to have them all squashed in the next day or so.

The biggest bug at the moment is when posting a new message or replying to one. There is an odd 10-15 second lag and sometimes your browser will give a pop-up asking if you want to leave the site. You can click "leave" and the message will post.

This is a strange one and I'm not having much joy finding the cause but am still working on it.

Hopefully everything is back to normal soon
