    Love it, Better than Paypal, once the account is saved in online banking it's almost as easy as well.

    Thank you Andy for finding a way to stay safe and still trading. Just placed my next order, have used your new OSKO account for delivery to a parcel locker here in WA. I can stay away from people as well.

    We did consider that last week but we have a really good setup for collection which is working well now so we'll keep it going till it doesn't work.

    The door is held open by the sign (don't have touch the door handle), people can enter and collect their beans (which are pre-ordered and paid online) and we are seperated from the front room. The only change we made was "one person at a time" so our customers don't have to bump into someone else.

    Stainless benches are getting wiped down morning and night with a 70% isopropyl alcohol mix and everything leaving here is clean and bug free.

    30th March @ 6:30pm

    Another day, another pile of coffee.
    Everything that was paid for shipped today (like it does every Mon-Thu).

    I see many people are not yet using Osko transfers but expect that most of Australia can now. Osko is fee free and FAST (near instant) and even works on weekends. Well worth looking at to speed the process up and if you are normally a PayPal user you'll save a pile too.
    Just google your banks name and Osko, when transferring to us, you still use the BSB/Account it just gets here faster.

    Fastway update - In a nutshell, I dunno. It worked on and off today as some people selected the Fastway options and their orders all shipped out okay but the Fastway website is still returning an error when you search. I've reported it (a couple of different ways) and expect some IT guy is pulling his hair out somewhere. If BeanBay gives you a Fastway option it will work, if it doesn't then try again later.

    It's excellent that you're insulated geographically ... for your sake mostly, but also for ours!
    We're in the small town of Woodend in the Macedon Ranges and right now totally insulated from children, grandchildren etc ... one lot in Melbourne, the other in the very worrying hotspot of Brooklyn New York.
    Just us, our little terrier Calypso and our coffee......
    All the very best ... and ps, if anyone else has the problem of the hinge on their Behmor breaking off, it's not too hard to fix using a soldering iron and plenty of solder and fuse wire to string it together. Mind you, I don't know how long the repair will last .. I've been all over the web and can't find spare parts anywhere for that problem!

    29th March 7pm

    Fastway appears to not be working today. They have a COVID-19 update that only mentions a possible extra day lag but nothing about stopping services.

    If you go to the Fastway public site and try to get a quote it returns:
    Error occured: No services found. Please contact the Geelong regional franchise for a quote

    BeanBay has the same problem going via the backdoor too.

    I've reported it but don't know when/if it will be fixed but if you want to use Fastway for your order and BeanBay doesn't show it as an option that's why.

    Try again later or tomorrow or try on the Fastway website.

    When it's back working, BeanBay will automatically show you the freight options.

    Apart from their hiccup, all systems the same the at the Snobbery.
    We are human-free and roasting, packing and shipping orders as normal.

    Nah, was actually shipped same day (Monday). Post just shows it oddly in the tracking because they scan the manifest not the item as we deliver too much at once!

    Ditto from me. Beans ordered Monday morning 23 March, and notified as posted at 4:15 pm from Geelong, arrived in Hobart 12 noon on Tuesday 24 March.
