Dear Coffee Snobs,
Firstly, congratulations to all the Golden Bean Medal winners. Time beat us this year, but we look forward to competing next year.
We have at long last found a shop front and are on track to open The Coffee Barun Café & Roastery on Friday 30th November.
Having put our plans of the last 6 years into action and spent months battling councils, landlords, agents and the Health Department it is great to think we are finally getting there!
The shop is located approx 7kms North of Adelaide at 221 Main North Road, Sefton Park (Bus Stop 16 on Main North Road - show us your bus ticket for a free coffee!).
At The Coffee Barun we will be roasting fresh coffee on site, as well serving three different coffees in dedicated grinders every day. To compliment the coffee, we have a range of light meals, cakes and gelati.
The Roastery side of the store will feature demo machines, grinders & accessories, along with a dedicated practice area for customers to bring their own machines in for one-on-one training (by appointment only).
In addition to our current range of blends & single origins, the ever-changing World Wide Wall of Coffee is available for customers to try their hand at blending from the 16 single origins available.
Stay tuned for opening specials and some great bargains just in time for Christmas.
