CoffeeSnobs day out @ Pioneer - Sunday 17th

As mentioned elsewhere I am going to hold a cs day at the roastery. Im looking at a Sat/Sun after 8th Feb. Nothing firm yet lets just see what date gives people enough time to organize themselves. Initially thinking Feb 16 or 17, but Im not set on anything. Saturday we are open so if we held it on a Saturday we would be restricted to a small area in the shop. Sundays well be closed so might be better for using the espresso machine and plenty of grinders.
Post thoughts, well try fix a date soon.

Sunday but we have a coast weekend with boarding school on the second weekend of feb so i might be out of this one sunday souns good though so maybe ill have to check at school.

Lets have a poll,

Sunday 24th or Sunday 17th

Keep in mind that Scotty will be here on Sunday 10th serving coffee so that may require another trip up for many people.

Ive never been either, but Im sure it involves slurping copious amounts of espresso, and hopefully Jason will let us play with some shiny toys (err ... except for his roaster though :)

Ill set an agenda closer to the time, but these things are very informal and social. The day gives everyone a chance to play on some very nice commercial equipment, meet other like minded peope, discuss any and everything coffee related. Ill also put on a cupping and a byo beans to show off. Just come along for a bit of fun and some good coffee.
