For some reason or other Ive missed it in previous years but this time Im determined to make it. Ive seen the ads that are out and at $1 a cup I think Ill be buzzing at the end of the day.

Hope to spot some familiar faces in the crowd and stands. Looking forward to it.

My wife and I will be attending for the first time. Ill be wearing my CoffeeSnobs card around my neck. If all the snobs there do that well be able to recognise each other in lieu of a secret handshake. So if you see someone with a snobs badge say Hi :-)

Ill be there upstairs where itll be nice and warm at the Di Bartoli stand with the other dual boiler, Minore II (c/w fridge temp controler, not quite a PID - doh), not so bling, but a workhorse.

Along with Renzo, Ofra, Michelle and Ben! And a few others too I think. Im so pumped!

Yep, Ill be there hanging out with Di Bartoli and a Giotto.

Cant wait!

Ill be there hanging out at the Di Bartoli stand for the whole day... hope to meet more of you in person! Its been a while since I last saw CSers - think it was the August Cafe crawl... or was it earlier?

I went last year and will try and make it again.

All I can suggest to potential newbies is GET THERE EARLY!. The crowds by midday are mad because everybody in Sydney thinks they are all coffee connoisseurs and will turn up. ECM and Di Bartolli stands are definitely worth several visits as I have found they serve the best coffee.

If my memory is correct, something like 10am until 5?pm...

Get in early. The later the day, the crazier it gets.....

It is amazing how crowded these Sydney cultural events get. Sydney folk seem desperate for these sort of get togethers. The Italian festival was like turning up at an Inter Milan soccer final, which wasnt much good for us with a jogger pram in toe.

I believe there is scope for 12 Aroma festivals a year, eg one in Randwick, one at BJ one in Leichardt etc. The paper cups and queues of coffee desperados kind of kills the quality of the coffee.

Tell me it wont be as crowded as the Italian festival.
