CIME Espresso Machines

Hello all,

We have just taken up the CIME brand of machines.

They are a realtively new company but with experienced and talented staff from well known Italian manufacturers.

CIME - Italian Coffee Machines

They have been very receptive to requests for changes to machines for our Australian market.

Our initial focus is on their CO - 01 and CO - 02 range.

The CO - 01 is a domestic E61 machine. Insulated boiler, commercial pressurstat, raised group head (good cup clearance). Its not a Slayer or La Marzocco but is a good, well priced machine and one that we are happy to range.

The CO - 02 is a two group commercial machine with its own 5.2 L built in water supply. No plumbing required! Over the years we have had many small restaurants or business installations where access to a direct water supply was an issue. This solves that problem and makes it a worth while addition to our stock.
