Do McCafe Baristas have a bit of freedom to do such things with the coffee and serve these to customers or are you just playing around. Do you actually serve your art.
If not why not and if so does Maccas have rules against such thing (as you are not allowed to be creative, you just have to serve the coffee as they say)

Yeah we can do the art if we arent pressured on by a heap of customers, u get the idea! if time isnt important Ill do it usually especially on mochas
I used to work at the Coffee Club...yes sad I know...but thats how I fell in to this industry....no art....uniformity is the key to a good franchise...I can at least appreciate that much
I was hit and miss back then...I can pour whatever on demand now....even though I can do this, its not that great compared to the Cons and Toshis of the coffee world.
