Judging from the spoon in the first shot and the metal counter top I would guess she works in a cafe or the like and gets alot more practice. :-)

Maybe try to be a bit more delicate with the pour, as all the dark crema is pushed to the top of the rosetta, leaving none at the bottom for some contrast.
