    There is no real thought process behind this blend. Seeing as the Imex takes 1.5 cups of the included measuring cup, I threw one cup of sumatran mandheling together with half a cup of costa rican tarrazu and roasted together to a city+ roast.

    You can really taste the chocolate aftertaste in this one!

    Yum, I really do love a nice rich chocolatey aftertaste. That sounds like a nice mix that I should try.

      Ive tried blending 40% Sulawesi Toraja and 60% Costa Rica Tarrazu and got the nice chocolate aftertaste as well (right into 2nd crack)

      Even better with 30% Toraja + 20% colombia + 50% tarrazu (other half favourite)
