My sectret stash includes the obvious must haves such as Kenyan Peaberry, Brazillian deterra sweet collection, Columbian Supremo & Excelso. I also have Panama Boquet, Ethiopian Limu & Yirga, Tanzanian, El Salvador(unidentafied), Guatamalan Huehuetenango, Honduras Lalabor. My icky collection includes an unidentafied and extremely dirty Indonesian and some Kenyan "AB" (not much A if u ask me). But the bean im most surprised and impressed with was the 2 kilos of blended Australian K7 & Catui i bought recently, Very versatile!
I do have to admit though, i do have some pre-ground Belaroma that Sunbeam tried to bribe me with, thay shouldnt have bothered though as it smelt like dirt!
I think i need to get to roasting some of these coffees while their still good
