  • Blend Gambella Sundried with Tana Torajah Kalosi?

Im just about to roast up my left overs of 365 grams Sul.Tan.Tor.Kalosi and 450 grams of Eth.Gam.Sundried.

I have never blended any coffee before and I was wondering if anyone has blended these two successfully or if they just wouldnt make a good pair.
I did a quick google and didnt find it mentioned already.

    Thoughts?

        Like 2 peas in a pod m8!

I would make 2 separate mini blends out of them.
        Do 1 as a 50/50
And another with whatever was left over.

See which one you prefer and make a not of it for later.
Personally i prefer more Ethiopian than Indonesian in my immatation Mocha Java blends for a more citrus and less chocolate taste.

Just reading the date posted though....youve probably already made your blend.....How was it?

actually i didnt end up putting them together, ive still got heaps left as i roasted 320gram Ethiopia and 395gram Sulawesi

is there a time frame you must blend within or can i still blend this far from roast?

              Blend anytime!
I often do a similar blend one cup at a time in the grinder. I like both as single origins as well.
