  • Smooth sweet espresso blend

60/40 Niguragan/Sumatran, roasted CS9 for the Nig, CS10 for the Indo. 14 days post roast; a lovely very easy drinking sweet, bright cocoa shot with zero bitterness.

Sounds nice. 14 days is a fairly long rest time or did you start drinking this earlier?

Started beforehand, but only started blending them once I had a feel for what was going on with the beans.

        Ya it really sounds nice.
For me the blend is the most important part of good espresso.
Without a good espresso coffee blend you cannot have a good espresso.

Maybe it's not meant to sound the way you have expressed it, but I cannot agree with that at all!

Try 60% PNG Peaberry with 15% Ethiopian Yirga and balance Columbian roasted separately and then blended
