Thanks I'll get that printed on some photo paper and the kids can laminate it for me

Just checked the sample pack in it you put:

    Brazil Pulped Natural
    Ethiopian Gambella Sundried
    Columbian Volcan Galeras Supremo
    Peru Ceja de Selva Estate

So it looks like a great mix many thanks.

I wish we could choose which beans we want rather than a random select.

I'm new to roasting and want beans which would work ok for a popcorn roaster......

I think there's a pretty good chance that you get sent a range of beans that are easy to roast in most roasters. The mix that AtomicGrog received is pretty v.similar to that which I received (and they are all pretty tolerant...though Gambella can look a little uneven), and that which others have reported receiving. I think I might have dropped Andy a line at the time of ordering suggesting that I liked beans that go OK in milk....but no idea if that had any influence on the bean selection.

That would be hard to manage price wise as the price of each bean can be quite different. Have faith in Andy, he won't send hard to roast beans in a starter pack. I've bought about 20kg of greens so far and haven't purchased a starter pack yet LOL
