Did a blend of the Bali Gunung Agung and (70%) and Monsooned Peaberry (30%).

Very Nice nice. The Peaberry honey comb flavours lift the cocoa spicey flavours of the Bali Gunung leaving a light honey aftertaste in the mouth.

If you take sugar with your milk drink - you wont need it with this one, as sugar would overpower the sweet subtle flavours of this blend.

I did a pre-blend in the Coretto this afternoon. I stopped the roast at the crackles of SC and this is when the smoke started coming off them.

I also kept the heat gun high off the beans and then after FC lifted it a bit more and this roast went a lot smoother.

I thought it may be a bit light but the smell coming off the beans 4 hours after roasting is fantastic. The peaberry looked a bit light when I first pulled it, but it seems to have settled down to about CS 10 along with the Bali Gunung.

Cant wait to try it. Will post a pic and other data later.

sounds like you have the Corretto mastered, Cindy!! Well done!
oh, and the Ismalii we almost lost (:P ) tastes fine from the Bott.. hows yours?

It tasted great in the gaggia too. I blended the last 45g with 45g of the yirgy I roasted last week to make it last a bit longer and the resulting taste was devine. Had the last of it this morning. OG was impressed too.

Next time it comes on BB (If it does) Ill be snapping some of it up pdq.

This needs a good week to rest. I tried some day 2 and it was very citrusy , so I left it another few days and tried it day 7 and it is smooth and has all the sweet honeycomb and a little berry flavours coming through.

Magnificent.

Ive been drinking this the last few days and it is very good. Best to give it 7 -8 days rest before the flavours really start to develop. Until then it is a teeny bit citrusy.

The flavours are very smooth and a little chocalatey with a berry and honeycomb finish. I couldnt stop drinking this it was very very nice.
