Roasted this last weekend, 40/60, roasted separately and then blended. Took both to start of second crack.
Great coffee, really surprised by the syruppy nature of the pour. Looks like a gusher but in fact is just really rich and full bodied and the crema hangs around forever.
Drinks with a lively taste in espresso and great smoothness with milk.
Will be doing it again.
