I picked up some of the beautiful Peru Grace Estate in this months BeanBay Green. I love this bean as a single origin but would like to see what results I can get blending it. I also have some Ethiopian Limu, Colombia Supremo Armenia and some beans from northern NSW (Byron Bay Hinterland). Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on how all or some of these would blend?
