Whimsy- Wow! Im so happy with this, with one qualification. It needs milk! Macchiato, cappuccino, latte, whatever, but as soon as a bit of milk gets into this it is just awesome. Sweet, clean, I could drink cup after cup of this!

Whimsy:
40% Capricorn Estate
25% Timor LEste Arabica
15% Panama Boquete
10% Ethiopian Harrar Unwashed
10% Monsooned Malabar

Seemed like a good idea at the time, will be drinking it later today. Roasted all seperately, then blended, rested for 6 days. Thinking I should have roasted the malabar a few days earlier... Oh well, well see.

Hunch:
60% Timor LEste
40% Panama Boquete

They were left overs from the above blend. I was hoping Id get the smooth, fullness from the Timor and the floral notes of the Panama. Its definately floral. Missing something... but still, I was surprised.
