Dennis gave me an idea with his 15 blend. I took 10 beans from each of my varieties. Doubled up on a couple, but different estates/year crops.

After 24 hrs I was itching to have a taste. Surprisingly evenly roasted given the vast differences of all the beans. First taste in the cup was a shot of aniseed. Im not too fond of it as a flavour, and I find it mostly in the crema of certain beans. The shot was low in acid, even though there are some "sharpies" in the blend. The cup was surprisingly sweet, with hints of cocoa and winter fruits (pear/apple). Very rich and buttery mouthfeel. Robust without being overpowering, smooth. Finish was long and sweet. So long, that its been at least 15 minutes since cupping, I can still taste it.
