Ethiopian Harrar,Sulawesi, Brazil Santos,Indian Monsoon Malabar, Sumatra organic, Tanzanian Peaberry,
Kona, Uganda Bugisu. 2lbs bags for all
Ive blended them all in different portions from a 2mix to a 5mix blend all roasted light to medium
using my little Zach & Danis roaster.
Ive found the tastes superb. Not to earthy with hints of florals, complexity and overall mouth feel was
excellent.
Kona was the only bean i didnt blend. Its pretty fantastic on its own. The aftertaste really gets me with Kona. Its buttery. I never would have believed it but i ordered some from an estate farm in hawaii.
(extra fancy grade). "expensive at $15.00lbs but worth a try at least once.
My best African blend was the 1/4 brazil, 1/4 Sulawesi, 1/4 Monsoon & 1/4 Uganda
You really cant go wrong with these...intense flavours all around.
