I wouldnt say NEVER, if you know the beans that went in to the blend, then I am sure you could come pretty close to recreating the same thing - it would take a lot of testing to get it but that (in my dodgy opinion) is one of the best part about roasting your own beans, the possibilities are endless and the journey is so much fun!

FLUKE BLEND
I had to share this.
I had made a blend of indian monsoon/brazil & sulawesi. It was okay.
So i just left it for like 5days after roasting in a vac lock bag. Then i roasted another batch
of ughanda/yemen sanini & brazil. That was okay. So i just combined the two and let them
sit in the bag for about 7days in total. I was going to toss it in the trash but decided i may
as well try a shot.
I kid you not the shot was as if someone had put sugar on top of it. It was so sweet, unlike
anything ive ever tasted..not Kona, not black cat, nothing was ever this sweet.
Sad part is ..i will never be able to reproduce it...ever.
