I have just blended 40% Colombian, 30% Peru Grace and 30% Malawi from last beanbay, Colombian 5 days p/roast other two 3 days p/roast.
Very nice indeed, smooth, rich aftertaste, no bitterness. I roasted the three batches separately.
With the quality of the beans Andy has been supplying us I always look forward to the next bay to see what is on offer....................
