Looks the goods Andrew. Ive just done a couple of 4 bean blends that have been really pleasing, it gives one encouragement to keep experimenting with different bean mixes.

50% Brazilian Monte Carmelo
25% Yemen Ismaili
25% Ethiopian Harar

I know it was a risk with the expensive Yemen in there! Came up very very even.. actually i feel compelled to post a picture of it because I reckon you wont believe me how even it is..

48 hrs post-rost it is going great guns, still ever so slightly woody (this will disappear by tomorrow i predict), but so well-balanced, chocolatey, slightly earthy... my best blend ever, including post-roast blends!
