Sulawesi Elephant Blend

50/50 blend of Sulawesi Kalosi Toraja and PNG Maragogype, roasted to CS9 separately and post-blended.

Two days post-roast, this blend is massive! Very rich and viscous mouthfeel. Deep earthy notes, combined with a slight hint of anise and fruit to finish. Excellent balance.

Nice name for the blend. There was a Sulawesi Elephant and it probably produced deep earthy notes.
