Picked and pulped the same day. Washed for 24 hours. Sun dried in parchment to 11.5% moisture. Sold to Co-operative who then hulls and hand grades.
so semi-washed process.
Holds itself as a lighter- med roast.
Beautiful african nose of peaches at a light roast.
Strong hazel nut aroma at medium roast.
dates and a sugarcane sweetness about it.
low in acidity.
