A very nice bean this one - first time I've trialed a Nic.
I roasted my first batch to a baseline profile (medium ramp to drop just before 2C).
Was blessed with lovely smooth malty, earthy, scotch finger biscuit flavours and minimal acidity as espresso, right from Day 2. I've also been drinking through the aeropress over the long weekend, and getting a very smooth brew with nice aromatics, also into the biscuit aromas with perhaps a hint of aniseed. Blended with some Biftu as well really worked a treat!
