    Perfect Puck

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
Ive just started out on my espresso journey with a Breville 800ES and em0480 grinder. Can anyone tell me or better yet post a picture on what the puck should look like after the pour?

Mine seem to come out very damp and from reading some other threads this may be not enough beans but I think an idea of what the puck should look like will help me out.
