We went away for our Church Camp to Baradine. I took my DG as I could not stand to go the whole weekend with out my coffee.
The DG went excellent. We put it in the back seat in a blanket and a seat belt along with my macap in a blanket and they had a lovely weekend away.
The excellent part was showing everyone how easy it is to have fresh coffee. People mostly think it is a very difficult process, they are very suprised when they see how easy it is.
We end up making about 50 coffees.
Was it really that many!?
It was so nice to have that machine there, Kaz. I had to laugh though...every time I went over to make myself a coffee, thered be someone not far behind asking me the question...
"Can you make me one too?" ;D
Oh and as for having to go out and get that *shudders* jar of instant...there would have been about two spoonfuls used out of it in the end...what a darn waste... ::) The person that was bought for, I saw was drinking coffees from your machine mostly instead! :o ;D
Go the Bezzera Galatea
It really is a well built machine
I remember another post some time ago by askthecoffeeguy (Pat) If memory serves me right?
At a fete he made about 180 coffees or hot drinks in 4 hours
And it did not miss a beat
And they should!Originally Posted by 183C353536360C183C203E3C530 link=1244634784/3#3 date=1244636093
It was only a few months ago that Andys Giotto did 2000 cups back to back (and we wont let him forget about it ;)).
