Id like to second Phils call to revisit the Dominicans. I am also very keen to try out a milder Dominican as a possible base for espresso blending.
While I am quite happy with the Brazil Cerrado, Id prefer a base coffee with a bit more character. I used to use the Cuban for this purpose, a mission it satisfied admirably. So Id love to get my hands on a high-grade Dominican (like the Soliman), as the Cubans are no longer available.
