There are some interesting results on the El Salvador COE page:
I was most interested to see that whilst the lions share of the coffee tendered to the El Sal COE was Bourbon, the Pacamaras did a lot better in terms of the percentage of the lots tendered that made it to the final auction (by being rated at over 84). Other cultivars seemed to be practically non-existent.
To me, the bourbons all tasted a little sweeter, but it may be that the Pacamaras will kick butt as espresso. I seem to remember liking number 5 (a bourbon) the most, but I also remember that there wasnt much between all of the top 5.
