I have just had the control board replaced on a Fiorenzatto Bricoletta e61 machine after it died. Since the repair it has been difficult to get crema and the coffee is bitter despite using same beans and grind settings on my Mazzer Mini which previusly produce good results.
Any suggestions re the underlying problem.

Unfortunately the only thing I can offer is the obvious--something has changed. >:(
I suggest you need a calibration of both heat and pressure to make sure they are correct. That will at least give you a starting point.
