    And if I wanted to spend the time Im sure I could prove the opposite especially if I only based the findings on myself.
    The statistical types would also be able to prove that its unreliable at best unless there is many people involved in the testing.

    Having said that, I do have it on good authority that taking appropriate dose of one of the amino acids can give similar boost to alertness and concentration without potential side affects of coffee.

    I drink coffee for flavour, alertness is not a motivator for me.
