Care factor is fairly low anyway. I dont buy from either of them (pretty sure I would have guessed the second one if I was a customer).

Well if they did buy out Italcaffe its to hide their dirty beans in their bags. I think they know their brand is becoming less well received. These guys are the contract kings & love locking in the little guys

There are lots of movement going on here and currently in Australia with service / support and spares..
One can see that the big players will be working hard to tie up the little players in the home and white goods market.....
As to Quality machines in the end... Not while the general public remain as naive an uninformed...
