I started filling out the first survey but stopped because
    (a) some parts are not complete. For example the part about rating the importance of aspects of the coffee I buy. It looks as though you tried to supply some instructions as the word assume appears but nothing after it
Apart form the fact that I rarely buy packaged coffee I dont uderstand some of the criterai and your rating system needs to be revised. What is the unlabeled rating between Fairly Important and Important, for example.
    (b) You ask us to rate coffee that we have never tried, claiming it doesnt matter as the feedback is still important. This is the point where I decided to quit. I would not rate anything I have never tried before, even on the basis of someone elses opinion.
Note that CoffeeSnobs is mostly Australian based with few British members so not many of us would have tried those places

Your second survey is attempting to draw knowledge from "coffee connoisseurs" but very few of us on this site would consider ourselves connisseurs of instant coffee and probably would consider that we have lost any claim to the title of coffee connoisseur if we admitted drinking it (publicly)

I think you need to check your target survey group a bit more carefully.

    Hello CSers.

The original post has been hidden for the moment.

In cases where newbies appear with stuff like this, stuff for sale or other dubious spam like items, the right thing to do is at least pay Andy the courtesy of running it past him. I suspect that has not happened *::).

The post will be checked by the mod team and a decision will be made in due course.

I completed the survey Flynn, then told him (in the comments box) that a lot of the questions were meaningless or irrelevant and that the survey assumed we all drink instant which of course is not the case.
Forgive me my scepticism but the survey seemed to me to be more about market research then education related.
Also told him I would not complete another survey if it was sent as an email attachment. ;)
