A cafe in New York was doing a their version (I am sure not the first to do so) of vietnamese coffee. I guess the only common denominator being the condensed milk. I dropped a double (Rissy) Sumatran Sip on top, actually quite a dark roast, and managed to get the coffee to put up a grand fight against the odds.
