    im so sorry, because the posting in indonesian spelling...
    Im can not speak english... :(
    But I dont want this limitation makes us isolated from the journey of coffee... :) ;) ;D

    Berikut beberapa informasi tentang Kopi Gunuang Talang Arabika :
    1. Varietas arabika : sigararutang, kartika 2, dan kopi aceh
    2. Ketinggian, kopi ini dibedakan berdasarkan tiga kelompok berdasarkan ketinggian lahan perkebunan dari permungkaan laut:
    a. ketinggian 1200-1300 mdpl.
    b. ketinggian 1400-1600 mdpl.
    c. Ketinggian 1700 mdpl.
    3. Proses : full wash dan wash

    Translation from Indonesian using Google...

    Gutters Gunuang Coffee is one of the variants slah Sumatran Arabica coffee. However, almost no one knew him. This is because the production of coffee from the foot of Mount Gutters are used as mixing green coffee beans Medan (Batak, ex: Sidikalang arabica coffee, mandheheiliang coffee, etc) by rogue traders and exporters of coffee naughty.
    This situation if left unchecked will cause damage to the quality of Sumatran coffee, so coffee lovers become disillusioned. So far the cultivation procedure arabica coffee in the Gutters-west Mountain Sumatran is good, but unfortunately the process of harvesting and post harvest is not done correctly so that the potential of the taste of coffee that does not appear.
    We and our colleagues from the University of Agriculture, University Andalas has conducted in-depth research for 1.5 years, and collaborated with many coffee farmers there to socialize the harvesting and post harvest processes are correct. Socialization and training are conducted include cultivation, fertilization techniques, plant rehabilitation, pest control, pre-harvest, the harvest and post harvest processing.
    Although our program is a lot of obstacles, but the programs that have been made at this time has given the results. From some of our gardens assisted farmers have produced high quality arabica coffee green beans with distinctive character of Sumatran coffee. We have tried meroasting with standard medium roast (home roasting for 15 minutes) and pour method brewed with over ... really aroma, flavor, acidity and taste of coffee is quite different from other Sumatran coffee. Im not very good at describing the sensation that occurs in permungkaan tongue, but one that definitely ... coffee experience offered by Mountain Gutters coffee always makes me think of the sensation of taste.

    Heres some information about Gunuang Gutters Arabica Coffee:
    1. Arabica varieties: sigararutang, kartika 2, and coffee aceh
    2. Altitude, this coffee is distinguished by three groups based on the height of land for plantations of permungkaan sea:
    * * a. altitude of 1200-1300 masl.
    * * b. altitude of 1400-1600 masl.
    * * c. Altitude of 1700 masl.
    3. Process: full wash and wash
    4. Behalf of farmers and coffee plantations GPS point

    Currently we carry out programs that have problems due to weak market access that we have.
    Through this forum I personally asked for help from all walks of life who can help us, especially green beans marketing problems resulting from our orchard farmers. We are not social institutions or governmental organizations. We do this because we love going to every piece of coffee beans ... because we believe the best cup of coffee is a symbol of love, friendship and companionship in the world.
    We welcome any suggestions and input from all walks of life who put the interests and beliefs with us :)

    Well done Mal for the translation. But I think the translation of Kopi Gunung Talang should be
    Mountain Village Coffee (according to my dictionary).
