    Postage options for Machines

Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
    Hi there,

I am in the market for a 2nd hand machine and I just wanted to get some rough quotes on postage costs for a possible interstate purchase.

Has anyone purchased interstate and from you experience who is the best value courier company?
Also advice on packaging the machines would be handy.

I am looking at single group machines only.

    Regards Brendon

    Behmor Brazen - $249 - Free Freight
Using the quick search above I found:

    and a lot more.

The first link should answer most of your questions.

The best freight is packed in the original carton and then tied to a pallet/skid.

Freight isnt very expensive but all too often the machine gets damaged or dropped. Pack well on a pallet and insure and even then cross your fingers.
