Ill second that Nunu. It is a wonderful bean that is great as an SO espresso. Blend it with Yemen to make a great Mocha Java blend for the plunger. I am presuming you mean Sulawesi Toraja
Cheers,
Louis

Yes, the sulawesi toraja is the one I was referring to. Ive read some good things about it, and would like to give it a go.
Ive got some and I love the flavours in it. Ive moslty had it as a s.o.
Would love to get my hands on some more.

Sulawesi Kalosi Toraja...or whatever.
Re "opinons"...
beauddafulll coffee.
Regardz,
Fc.
Ill add my interest in Sulawesi Toraja (or even Kalosi).
November poll had some. I think I only have a tiny bit left. Great stuff!
Any idea how often the cycle is for these single origins? I have some sulawesi myself but would like to get it more cost effectively through this forum.
Cycle is semi random.
The quality of the available coffee is the #1 priority, second is how interesting or different it is (5 different Brazils would be no fun) and for the same reason we try not get all coffees in month from the same region.
When will we see it again? Not sure, but it was good enough to come back again thats for sure.
I would expect a different indo (the next indo we do) but maybe the one after that ?!?!
