Thanks Mal, fixed
Every now and then will depart from my usual beverages and feel in the mood for something else, made a piccolo and macchiato (or a "pick'n mack" ) with my Ethiopian Sidamo Kilenso Mokanisa (natural) roast, quite nice
Coffee Roasters sent me a bag of their Ethiopia Arsosala and Guatamela Finca Rio Ocho. Loving both; the Guatemala is magnificent for my espresso tastebuds as a magic, and the Ethiopia is just devine as a cold brew. Loving the tasting notes of both.
A washed Cuban Serrano, my very first time roasting this bean, and it truly is delicious.
Double espresso is just ridiculously nice... sweet, chocolatey, rich, earthy. Nice sweet spicy herbal aftertaste! It's quite sweet, but strangely would love to find out a way to mute that a bit and bring out the more earthy and spicy notes... whether that be in roasting it differently or brewing, but will see what happens!
Not really earth shattering, but i have Espresso WOW paired with my new Profitec T 64 , and i am enjoying a very pleasant lingering mouthfeel. Not quite chocolate nor as sweet as caramel but decidedly more-ish.
Noooo.. this is my very last sip of my roasted batch of washed Colombia El Mirador... seriously it's gotta be one of my favourite beans ever... I must roast some more very soon! Very floral, sweet sugar cane, berries, orange.. amazing.
