I know we have a number of roasters on the forums - both commercial and home.
Im interested in when your "prime time" for coffee is - especially from the commercial roasters.
Eg. For xxx blend, I like it best between 6 and 9 days after the roast.
Or perhaps how youve noticed flavour dominance shifting over time.
Eg. After 3 days, xxx blend has more fruity notes but after 7 days that fades and more of the chocolate comes through.
Both the concept of "roaster recomended drinking times" and flavour changes over time are topics that I find quite interesting.
