Sounds like all you need are:[*]larger baskets[*]fresh beans[*]correct dose and tamp[*]perhaps a little training *:-?
If youre using the standard baskets, ditch them. Theyre too small.
If your beans come from pretty much anywhere other than a roaster who has the cohunas to put roast date on them and theyre more than 3 weeks old, theyre stale..
You should feel a little resistance as you load your group handle and then do the same thing each time...Look or roughly 25-30 ml in 25 sec from when you see the first drop...
