Reasonably old now (atleast 12 years?)
For a similar capacity to other more modern smaller bodied semi commercials, it sits in a bigger taller body which is not so convenient for some kitchen situations.
Old style boxy / rectangular look may not appeal to some
Crappy "not really commercial at all" steam valve and steam pipe assembly. Doesnt seal well, leaks, fails often enough requiring servce if used in small business situation where there will be more use than in a household
Otherwsie a neat solid long lived machine (as long as it hasnt been in an area with crappy hard water, and the steam valve isnt on its last legs...)
Hope that helps.
There are a small nunmber of members here that have them.....comments from the floor?

PS in my capacity as an equipment repairer, if it were mine I would want to change out the standard steam valve and pipe assembly for a better type. But for a householder to do that, they would have to find a repairer willing to take on such a modification, and be prepared to pay the ransom which in the end, may make the machine easier to sell on some time later, but wouldnt make the machine worth any more money.....In essence, it would be a mod done simply for the owners satisfaction in use, and it would certainly make the machine a much better package.
