Opinions....... Best coffee training (domestic use only) in melbourne

Mmmmmm ok I know this is a very broad category but I own a e61 hx with mazzer super jolly. I am wondering what is possibly the best coffee making course I can do that wont break the budget but will strengthen my espresso making skills.

I did the sunbeam course four years ago when I had the em6900 but am looking for something that will set me in the right direction.

I dont think there is anything wrong with my system as I do it now but just want to make it better.

Im in melbourne so let us know whats out there and what your recommend either using my own machine or in a shop using their equipment.

    Cheers warren

Drop David Seng http://coffeesnobs.com.au/YaBB.pl?num=1242565615 an email or a PM. Even though he does mainly commercial training dont be put off by that at all. :)

You could also try the coffee academy.

I did my courses there when Chris Natoli was running them. They are the best, and he is a wonderful teacher! ;D ;)

We also used to do short day courses with Chris at Veneziano coffee in Bond street. That was a "get to know your machine" sessions.

    Aww shucks Linda. Thanks! :-[

I do a whole heap less training these days but endorse the big thumbs up for Dave Seng. The academy is also very good (and very reasonably priced) if you dont mind a larger group of up to 12 pax on 4 x 2gp machines.
