The latest entrant in the local cafe stakes is an outfit called "Stellarossa" which is apparantly a franchise shop.
It is located in the local Harley-Davidson dealership so you drink your coffee surrounded by Harleys and even a vintage C1 Corvette Stingray.
I thought the coffee was good across the range. The bean seems to be a fairly mellow middle-of-the-road flavour that tasted great in my Piccolo Latte, Macchiato, and smooth (although maybe a little lacking in character) in my long black.
Cup prices are 'Capital City' and therefore cheaper than I am used to locally. The website announces that their bean is selected by Phillip di Bella.
There is a major cafe in Brisbane in Edward St.
Just wondering what others thought about them.
