Gene Cafe Coffee Roaster $850 - Free Beans Free Freight
I am invited to join an event to make coffees for 300 or so guests in an open indoor field.
Can someone tell me how do i make a commercial coffee machine portable? I am not talking about the power source. It is provided but i am thinking the water source. Can i use a 5 liter water bottle? Do i need pump etc? Much like the mobile coffee van setup. Thanks in advance.

Too Easy- you can do it this way.

Another way is to fit a non return valve to the inlet and can then use bulk filtered water. The Flojet system is brilliant though.
