Temperature setting for storing roasted coffee beans

I have noticed few roasters in Vic actually keep roasted coffee beans in Thermo controlled Display cabinet, would anyone know whats the usual setting for it? Any good reasons for storing it this way?

    We use 16 deg C.

Reasons? Because it's better than 30 deg if it's hot!

I always keep coffee beans at about 20 - 25 deg C. Besides, it is important to care for humidity, 13% is ok.
