    I would have guessed it was what made you fat after eating too many cafe cakes but its a legit compound found in coffee.

    Johann Sebastian Bach is thought to have been a devoted coffee lover and wrote a secular work "The coffee cantata - Kaffe Kantate" in 1732 that includes an aria:

    "Mm! How sweet coffee tastes! More delicious than a thousand kisses, sweeter by far than muscatel wine! I must have my coffee."

    Been On the Web Long time (Pre Win95) Andy, and know how to use the search function, I think outside the Square sometimes..
    If you scroll down further you will also find Cholesterol in the seed..
